Auto Finance Manager Experience Required

  is seeking to add to our management team. As the Luxury Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville, Sprinter of Knoxville, and Knoxville AMG Performance Center. Your expertise will not only enhance the customer experience but also contribute significantly to the dealership's profitability.

Responsibilities – Finance Manager:

 

  • Finance Management: Oversee the entire financing process for customers purchasing luxury vehicles, ensuring smooth transactions and adherence to all financial regulations
  • Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions, enhancing their overall purchasing experience
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to develop strategies that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Your insights will help align financial offerings with customer preferences
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all financial practices comply with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train other finance staff as needed, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a high-performing team

Requirements – Finance Manager:

 

  • Experience: A strong background in automotive finance, with a proven track record of success in previous roles
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex financial situations and present solutions that benefit both the dealership and the customer
  • Professionalism: A commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Must excel at time-management
  • Experience in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
