You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients. Hybrid Work Expectations CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid, which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in‑person collaboration. While the cadence of in‑office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. Responsibilities Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts Take responsibility for pre‑engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables Develop detailed engagement work plans Illustrate budgets and schedules Actively participate in proposals Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting required CPA designation is required 5+ years’ experience in a public accounting firm required Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills Compensation In New York City, the salary range for an Assurance Manager is $105,000.00 to $170,000.00.
