The Opportunity: This position will be in our CACI Enterprise Services , where the individual will work under close supervision to prepare and administer purchase orders for materials in accordance with client requirements, government regulations and procurement policies/procedures.
\n - Typically works on purchasing activities valued up to $150,000.
\n - May be assigned higher value tasks with oversight from more senior level staff.
\n - Must comply with corporate policies, procedures, and underlying Federal, state, and/or local regulations concerning the purchase and/or shipment of goods, materials, and services.

Responsibilities: \n - Review requisition, solicit/evaluate bid, recommend and select supplier for award of purchase orders.
\n - Negotiate price, quality, delivery and other terms and conditions.
\n - Perform oversight on all awarded purchase orders until delivery/completion of goods/services.
\n - Coordinate and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
\n - Recruit and maintain responsive suppliers providing high quality products and services at fair and reasonable prices.
\n - Negotiate with suppliers and settles damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations, and engineering change orders.

Qualifications: Required:
\n - Typically has a Bachelor's degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent, and 0 to 2 years of related purchasing experience.
\n - Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.
\n - Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
\n - Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
\n

Desired:
\n - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
\n - Experience in Costpoint and P2P systems is a plus.
\n - Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.
\n - Advanced Excel and Word Document skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$39,400 - $78,200
