As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver in Tillery, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact with members of the public, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain awareness of the unique security-related requirements within a government facility environment.
• Carry and maintain proficiency with assigned firearms and security equipment, adhering to all applicable regulations and company standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A minimum of 6 months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
