A non-profit organization is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work at 13 affordable housing locations, all within a couple of miles of each other. You will work on maintenance calls and tickets to clean or tear up carpet, fix basic cabinet hardware, spray for bugs, switch out outlets, and make other maintenance repairs to get units ready for new tenants. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
