Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California to join our telehealth team. The clinician will provide virtual therapy sessions to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges.

This is a remote, contract-based role offering flexible hours, independence, and the opportunity to serve clients in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Deliver culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care.
• Participate in supervision (for ACSWs) and optional team case consultations.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed for integrated client care.
• Stay current with ethical and legal standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active California ACSW or LCSW license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and confidential workspace.

Preferred:

• Licensure in additional U.S. states (multi-state licensure highly appreciated).
• Experience with diverse populations (adults, adolescents, couples, families).
• Familiarity with EMR systems and telehealth platforms such as Doxy.me or Zoom.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
